I’m writing to officially invite you to Main Street Yoga’s Grand Opening Celebration! Maybe you’ve already visited the new location. Or maybe it’s been a while since you visited us at all. Either way, we’d love to see you, and we have plenty of offerings, discounts, and giveaways to entice you to come.
I’ll be kicking off the day with “Yoga 101” at noon to welcome anyone who is new to yoga (or just needs a refresher). If you bring a friend who has never been to MSY before, each of you will get a free pass to a regularly-scheduled class!

3:00 - Fun with Crow Pose with Angela in the Sun Room
3:00 - Yoga for Easing Chronic Pain with Carrie in the Moon Room
3:30 - Restorative Yoga with Gracie in the Sun Room
4:00 - Qigong with Jasmine in the Sun Room
4:30 - Meditation with Ryan in the Sun Room
Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity to meet all our teachers and sample a taste of what we each have to offer! At the end of each mini-class, we’ll be giving away class passes and private yoga sessions.
In addition to the classes they’re offering, Paula and Mark will be offering reiki and AromaTouch in our relaxation room! No need to pre-register; just sign in when you arrive. And be sure to enter the drawings for private reiki sessions!
Grand Prizes will be drawn at the end of the day and include a chakra rollerball set made by Paula, the dōTERRA Yoga Collection of essential oil blends, and a Jade Yoga mat! Everything in the MSY store will be 20% off (except our Jade mats, which are always 20% off), and class packages will be 10% off all day, in the studio and online!

P.S. The new address for Main Street Yoga is 200 Fairmont Avenue. The entrance for MSY is at the rear of the building on the right side of the loading dock - there is a sign beside the door. Free parking is available on 2nd Street and Gaston Avenue. You may also use the parking lot behind the building if spaces are available.
