Join Holly for this introductory workshop where you'll learn the fundamentals of posture and why it matters. Then you'll put it into practice, using different types of feedback to help establish more optimal movement patterns as you move through a variety of yoga poses.
Holly recently completed training in the LYT Method, a movement practice that combines yoga, physical therapy, and functional movement! LYT ("lit") is a core-based movement method created by physical therapist Lara Heimann, who applied her background in neurodevelopmental rehabilitation and her experience working with thousands of teachers and students in order to help people discover more optimal movement patterns.
We are very excited about offering this new approach to yoga, which is quickly gaining traction around the world!
