The chakras are inextricably linked with the science and practice of yoga. But what are chakras? Where are they? And how do they work? This workshop answers all of those questions and more. We’ll also use asana, meditation, and mantra to visualize and feel these wheels of energy within the body!
This workshop will include a beginner-level yoga asana practice. Bring a mat (if you don't have one, you can borrow one of ours) and wear clothing that allows for freedom of movement.
