Can't join us for a full day of yoga nidra training? Then join us for the last two hours where we'll pull everything together in an extended practice. We'll begin with gentle movement to release tension from the body, pranayama to calm the nervous system, and mantra to clear mind. Then we'll settle into a 50-minute deep yoga nidra practice to cultivate a sense of expansion and cosmic awareness. Class will end with a period of reflection and journaling.
