If you’ve made a resolution for a healthier new year, or have thought about starting a yoga practice, this workshop series is for you! Learn the foundations of yoga postures as well as modifications that make the postures more accessible for you - including chair yoga. We’ll also explore breathwork and meditation. A regular yoga practice can increase mindfulness, flexibility, and strength, improve respiration and energy, and reduce stress. The series, consisting of 4 classes, is held on Saturdays at 10:45 starting January 13. The cost for the series is $48
