I am so excited to announce the addition of two new yoga teachers at MSY! Both of these women have won me over, and I’m thrilled to be able to add them to our roster.
If you’ve attended class on a Tuesday evening this month, you may have already met Jessica Stidham. She’s an RYT-200 and a certified Meditation and Mindfulness Instructor with a deep love of learning (she holds three degrees!). She’s a Chicago native but LOVES the outdoor life in West Virginia. As a self-described “rule breaker,” Jess enjoys providing space for her students to explore and find freedom on the mat.
If you haven’t met Jess yet, do yourself a favor and get to class on Tuesday evening. The response to her classes has been overwhelmingly positive. Her students have anxiously asked me whether she’ll be a permanent addition to the studio. For now, she’s filling in for Jen, but we WILL find a permanent spot for her. Alex White will be teaching a brand new class, Bend & Balance, on Fridays at 5:30. Alex is a yoga teacher trainee at MSY who holds a degree in exercise science. Her passion for yoga stems in part from how it has successfully helped her manage her own anxiety. Her teaching style is fun and lighthearted. With her bright eyes and contagious grin, she’ll have you smiling from start to finish. What better way to start your weekend?
