What's New at MSY

Namaste, MSY yogis! This is just a short mid-month check-in to let you know about a few new offerings at the studio.

First, Thursday evenings with Samantha Mason will be even hotter than usual! Beginning this Thursday, January 23rd, Sam will offer “Power Flow” at 7pm following her “Warm Vinyasa” class at 5:30. Power Flow will be a fun class for those of you who love to challenge yourself in your practice. Sam will help you incorporate strength, balance, breath, and humor to ignite your inner power and allow your strongest self to emerge!

Next, after several requests from our regular lunch-hour yogis, 30-minute refresh is finally back to its Tuesday/Thursday format this week. Join us from 12:15 to 12:45 for this all-levels class designed to help you relieve tension and recharge for the afternoon.

Also, Paula Hatten’s “Balance & Breath” is now a regularly-scheduled class on Mondays at 4:30. Paula blends breath, meditation and balancing poses to assist you in bringing physical and emotional balance to your week.
