Rebecca's approach to "power" is customizable and inclusive, providing the appropriate amount of challenge for you and your abilities. In this series, you'll learn the "Brahma sequence" - a balanced power yoga sequence as taught by Bryan Kest, who is recognized as the creator of one form of "power yoga." With over 40 years of yoga teaching experience, Bryan built the Brahma sequence to be the most balanced yoga class possible while providing the incredible workout you come to power yoga to receive.
Rebecca has been teaching power yoga since 2018. She learned the Brahma sequence directly from Kest in a multi-day, in-person training immersion in 2024. This sequence is crafted in such a skillful manner that it can be both highly challenging and easily modifiable to fit a wide range of physical abilities.
Each class in this series builds on the one before it. By the end of the series, you'll emerge a stronger, more confident, more resilient version of yourself!
