Yoga Foundations Series

If you’ve made a resolution for a healthier new year, or have thought about starting a yoga practice, this workshop series is for you. Learn the foundations of yoga postures, modifications that make the postures more accessible for you, breath work, and the benefits of each. A regular yoga practice can increase mindfulness, flexibility, and strength, improve respiration and energy, and reduce stress.
