The changing of seasons is an ideal time to establish a state of balance, experience connection, and enjoy optimal health. Join us as we rid the body and mind of winter stagnation, improve digestion, and promote peace of mind so that we can enjoy a healthy spring.
During this gentle cleanse, we’ll eat a simple diet that includes the foods that nature provides for us at this time of year. You’ll have the opportunity to design your own meal plan based on the foods you prefer to eat. We’ll learn practices that support our body’s ability to cleanse and detoxify itself. We’ll prioritize rest and relaxation.

3 meetings with the “Spring Cleaning” group
A private Facebook group for support and sharing information
A free warm vinyasa class

The meeting dates are:
Sunday, March 27th at 3:30 – Orientation/Easing In Meeting – in person or online
Monday, April 4th at 6:30 – Cleanse Week Meeting – online only
Sunday, April 10th at 3:30 – Easing Out Meeting – in person or online
All meetings will be recorded in case you can't attend live.
