Daily routine, or "dinacharya," is an absolutely fundamental aspect of the Ayurvedic lifestyle. In this workshop, you'll learn to align your daily habits with the rhythms of nature for optimal health and happiness. We'll also learn a few self-care practices from Yoga and Ayurveda that cleanse and nurture our bodies and minds.
