For over two millennia, meditation has been the central part of many spiritual practices, including Yoga. This workshop explores the philosophy, benefits, obstacles, stages, and practice of meditation. We’ll learn five classical meditation techniques, variations of each, including mantra, and learn how to use mudras to enhance the practice. We will also discuss the best way to teach and lead meditation. Yoga teachers can earn 4 continuing education hours with Yoga Alliance.
