Autumn Reset: An Ayurvedic Cleanse

The shift from summer to fall is an especially important time to support your body and mind. If we run headlong into winter without first releasing the heat of summer, we diminish our body's ability to accomplish the deep immune building that needs to happen in the cooler months. We set ourselves up for illness, joint pain, digestive problems, skin problems, weight gain, and other issues that could be avoided by mindful alignment with nature.


A gentle Ayurvedic cleanse is the perfect way to align with nature, release the heat of summer, and keep vata in check. During this 10-day cleanse, we will press the pause button. We'll slow down and make self-care our first priority. We'll learn practices that support our body's ability to cleanse and detoxify itself. We'll eat a simple diet that includes the foods that nature provides for us at this time of year. We'll prioritize rest and relaxation.


Your registration fee of $54* includes:

  • The Autumn Reset Manual (pdf)

  • 2 meetings with the "autumn reset" group (available in person and on Zoom)

  • Daily emails from me

  • Enrollment in the “The Yoga of Eating” workshop on October 16th

After you register, you’ll receive an email with a list of supplies you will need for the cleanse – mostly food items. You can purchase these items on your own or I can order them for you from Banyan Botanicals at a 20% discount.

It’s okay if you can’t fit the cleanse into your schedule during the dates when we are meeting. You can gather all the info and schedule your cleanse during a time frame that works best for you.
