The Yoga of Sleep

Ahhhhh. Sleep. Some of us have no problem getting 8 solid hours, but many of us struggle with falling asleep or with waking in the middle of the night. Many factors can affect our ability to get a good night’s sleep. In this workshop, we’ll learn how to use the wisdom of Ayurveda, modern biohacking, and the tools of yoga and essential oils in order to maximize our potential for quality sleep so that our bodies can do what they’re meant to do while we’re unconscious: clean house, build our energy reserve, and boost our immune systems. The result: we wake well rested and ready to take on our days!
