This workshop is simply about exploring your own creative energy. We'll begin at 1PM with a guided meditation to spark the creative juices. The meditation will then be followed by a painting session. You'll be creating your own masterpiece inspired by yoga and mediation. Dress comfortable - no new clothes. I'll be providing everything that we need for the mediation and the painting session. 

The cost is $35. Pre-registration is required.
