Nia is a holistic fitness practice that conditions and strengthens your body while nourishing your soul. Every Nia class incorporates elements from dance, martial arts and healing arts to provide an accessible, whole-body workout using 52 simple moves and a balance of form/technique and freeform movement. For everybody and every body, any/body of any age, fitness level, size, shape and ability can practice Nia.
