Full Moon Flow and Meditation

Meditation during the full moon is a powerful time for energy cultivation. Moon energy is considered yin, making this the perfect time to nourish the yin energy in your body and calm the spirit.

We will use gentle, flowing movement to release stagnation in the body and mind. We will use an internal alchemy meditation designed to nourish yin through the three main energy centers in the body. And we will use a special breathing technique to nourish the life force energy within us.

This practice is beginner-friendly and accessible to all. Chairs will be available to those who prefer not to sit on the floor.
