Standing Meditative Qigong Practices

  • Foundation of Stillness: Learn to stand in meditative postures, allowing you to deepen your breath, improve posture, and enhance structural integrity. Proper alignment leads to greater ease and freedom of movement. (Chairs will also be available, as the practice can be performed seated.)
