Asana Workshop

Join Main Street Yoga's yoga teacher trainees for in-depth asana (pose) workshops. Each session includes a warm-up, breakdowns of the mechanics of each individual pose, explorations of modifications and variations, a flow practice focused on that week's asana type, and - of course - śavasana (our final resting pose)! RYTs can earn continuing education credit with Yoga Alliance.

  1. March 30th – sun salutation a

  2. April 13th – sun salutations b and c

  3. April 27th – standing poses

  4. May 11th – standing balance

  5. May 25th – core refinement

  6. June 8th – backbends

  7. June 22nd – seated and supine twists

  8. July 6th – forward bends

Register here. You must register separately for each workshop. If you attend the first 7, the 8th workshop is free!
