Join Main Street Yoga's yoga teacher trainees for in-depth asana (pose) workshops. Each session includes a warm-up, breakdowns of the mechanics of each individual pose, explorations of modifications and variations, a flow practice focused on that week's asana type, and - of course - śavasana (our final resting pose)! RYTs can earn continuing education credit with Yoga Alliance.

April 14th – standing poses
April 28th – standing balance
May 12th – core refinement
June 2nd – backbends
June 16th – seated and supine twists
June 30th – forward bends and hip openers
