A session for all! At a time when the world is divisive, when many are experiencing intense struggle from recent natural disasters, and when our day to day lives may feel intense, this session will bring your heart into balance. Movement is gentle and available to all bodies.
Join us for a fulfilling Sunday Soul Session dedicated to the practice of Loving Kindness. This unique session will weave together the ancient arts of Qigong, Kundalini, Metta, Mantra, Sound, and Breath, offering you a holistic experience that nurtures the heart and soul.
**Introduction to Loving Kindness:** Discover the essence of Loving Kindness and its profound impact on our lives and relationships.
**Heart Center Balancing:** Engage in practices designed to balance and open the heart center, fostering compassion and empathy.
**Qigong and Kundalini:** Experience the gentle yet powerful movements of Qigong and the dynamic energy of Kundalini to harmonize body and mind.
**Metta Meditation:** Learn and practice Metta (may-tah), the meditation of loving kindness, to cultivate a deep sense of peace and connection.
**Mantra and Sound Healing:** Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of mantra chanting and sound therapy, enhancing your inner harmony.
**Movement and Breath Practices:** Explore mindful movement and breathing techniques that you can easily incorporate into your daily routine.
**Take-Home Practices:** Attendees will leave with practical tools and techniques to continue their Loving Kindness practice at home, ensuring the benefits extend beyond the session.
**Supporting a Cause:** All proceeds & donations from this session will go to Recovery Point WV, supporting their mission to provide hope and healing to individuals and families suffering from and impacted by addiction through peer-based recovery model and customized mental health services to build new lives and stronger communities.
Minimum fee for class is $11. When you register, you will have an opportunity to donate an additional amount. Cash donations will also be accepted at the studio. If you would like to donate physical items, those will also be accepted and sent to the men's facility Bluefield. Suggested items include men's clothing and shoes in good condition, towels and washcloths, and toiletries.
