Join Gracie and HOPE Inc. for a beginner-friendly class that allows you to honor your energy levels while calming your mind so you can leave class feeling alive and revived for the weekend! HOPE is a private, non-profit agency that offers confidential resources and services to victims of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, and human trafficking. HOPE’s goal is to ensure safety, encourage self-sufficiency, and promote a life free of violence for victims and their families.

HOPE maintains a shelter in Marion County and relies on donations in order to provide services, so all proceeds will go towards HOPE. Donations can be made online when you register. Cash donations will be accepted at the studio.
