Treat yourself to some extra special downtime after the holidays! Restorative yoga is all about relaxation. Most (if not all) of the poses in a restorative class are done while seated or lying on the floor. The body is fully supported by bolsters, blankets and blocks so that there is no effort or stress on the body. Full support encourages complete relaxation of the muscles and has a calming effect on the nervous system.
In this special candlelit 90-minute class, Angela will offer calming essential oils and soothing hands-on assists (both of which you are free to opt out on if you'd rather be left alone).
