A special two-hour sensory immersion that includes crystal singing bowls and other sound healing instruments, reiki, the AromaTouch hand technique, marma therapy, and relaxing hands-on assists to help you get the most out of your restorative practice.
No yoga experience is necessary. If you can lie on the floor, you can do restorative yoga. Angela, Paula, and Lauri will guide you every step of the way. Wear comfy clothes that don't restrict movement (bonus points for showing up in your pajamas). Fuzzy socks are also a great idea. We have all the props you'll need, but if you have a special blanket, bolster, or eye pillow, feel free to bring it.
