Begin the new year with intention and direction. This workshop will begin with a “Wheel of Life” assessment, then we’ll meditate on and set intentions for our whole selves: body, mind and spirit. While this isn’t a yoga class, we may use some simple yoga poses to help direct our intentions.
This workshop is available in person and live online. A workbook will be provided to you, but feel free to bring a journal and any other tools you might find useful (beads, crystals, essential oils, sacred objects, etc.).
