Intro to Kundalini

Come discover yourself! Register here.

"Assuming that you are not on the monastic path, you are a householder. You have chores, phone calls to make, schedules to adhere to, possibly parenting or work duties. Add in the current climate of today's world and you probably feel some overwhelm and stress. That's where Kundalini yoga steps in. This is yoga for the householder.

Kundalini yoga is a powerful tool to add to your toolbox of "self-care". Caring for your body, nurturing your nervous system, and soothing your mind in order to bring your mind-body connection into a state of equilibrium can be quickly achieved with practices of breath work, chanting, and physical asana.

If you've never heard of Kundalini yoga, the approach that I offer will allow you to easily dive into this transformative practice without any prior experience. The only thing you need is an open mind and the willingness to commit to yourself for a small portion of your day.

As a mom of two small children, who works a full-time job, this style of yoga has afforded me a condensed time commitment (think 20 minutes!) with all of the benefits. Incorporating this into my daily practice has been transformative."

Lauri Brammer is an RYT 200 in Trauma Informed Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Mindfulness, and Meditation. She also has completed 300 hour training for Kundalini, Ayurveda, Enneagram, Lunar Wisdom, and Self-Awareness.

Lauri's goal is to bring the gifts of self-awareness and mind-body connection that resides in all of us (and sometimes get pushed to the wayside!!) out through the tools and techniques afforded to us by yoga.
