Our energies are rapidly evolving and shifting. We will discuss experiences we are having when engaging in our energetic practices and in our daily lives. Receive feedback to any questions you have in a supportive, open-minded environment.

This month, our time together will include an open discussion and then a talk about breathwork practices. We will open the floor to experiences and questions you may have. We will raise our vibration collectively by exchanging energetic practices or you may prefer to engage in your personal energy practice.
